- Uses QMC2 0.40, MAME/MESS 0.150, and UME 0.150x2 as a base
- Defaults to running the UME version since it is all-inclusive
- Registry items are taken care of
- Settings are saved in Data\qmc2 and Data\configs
- Includes information files including histories and categories
- Includes both x86 and x64 versions of QMC2 and MAME/MESS/UME
	+ Custom NSIS code was needed
	+ External functions acknowledged in App\AppInfo\Launcher\Custom.nsh
